This chatbot has a fully working Telegram integration.

This chatbot has two main functions:

• Give general information about the refugee status of any European country
• Evaluate PTSD using PCL-5

As seen on the image above, the chatbot is using the country database, replying with information relative to the country given by the user.

Now we are going to take a look at the PTSD assessment:

The user is prompted to answer 40 questions (following the PCL-5) with a number from 0 to 4. These answers are summed up and, according to the total score, a mental hotline from the given country is given.
