For the people with LABELING_INFRA role UI looks like this under Organizations tab 
For people with lesser permissions, it looks like 
Only LABELING_INFRA can edit other's roles. I also made sure you can't edit organization owner's role. Roles are the same as Khan's repo. |

Added dropdowns to control roles in the Organization page that can only be seen if youre the admin role. Also made a small API route to test if it works.
