Cleaning the structure of cs2 a little bit:

  • Summary: different FE plots go in subsection
  • Energy supply: PE is separated into before/after trade
  • Energy supply: the order of energy variables is more consistent (trying to follow the order coal-oil-gas-biomass-geoth-nuc-hydro-wind-solar-h2-others)
  • Tech costs: new plots using Logarithmic scale for showMultiLinePlotsByVariable mip#112
