Open Tree of Life has added support for an MRCA call that can resolve phyloreferences (OpenTreeOfLife/otcetera#54). We should add an API call to the phyx.js library to resolve a wrapper Phyloref against the Open Tree of Life.

Added a script that can be used to resolve multiple Phyx files against the Open Tree of Life using their updated MRCA API (#45). Also tries to fix Travis CI testing, which broke unexpectedly.

We now have a script for doing this: https://github.com/phyloref/phyx.js/blob/master/bin/resolve.js. It would be nice to have a method in PhylorefWrapper that can do this as well.
