Initial release
- Simpler API than Exec (command string vs. commandLine list)
- Append/prepend to PATH
- Supports command pipes and conditional command chains
- Easy access to stdout/stderr

⚠️ Not compatible with Exec tasks yet (#11), but the current API is very similar.
