The
pyproject.tomlworks for installing on Ubuntu, not sure for Windows. Apple silicone users probably can't use pip install due conda-forge having the only working jax at the moment (see jax-ml/jax#5501 (comment)), so they should create a conda env usingenvironment.yml.
