Node Red is polling an Arduino (connected via Ethernet) that will measure the fluid via pressure sensor
Arduino has Ethernet shield, and connected to a pressure sensor. This pressure sensor is fed by 12-24vdc, and outputs on third wire 0-5vdc. This is read on the Analogue input of the Arduino.
