Redesigned footer section and added icons for WhatsApp and Telegram (Solves Issue #138)

This PR addresses issue #138 by redesigning the footer section of the website for a cleaner and more organized layout. Specifically, it removes the "Share" column and reworks the design to ensure there is no congestion, making the footer section more visually appealing and user-friendly.

Additionally, it introduces new icons for WhatsApp and Telegram , replacing the previous text links. These changes improve the aesthetics and provide a more intuitive way for users to interact with the footer links.

Changes Made:

1. Removed the "Share" section to streamline the footer and enhance clarity.
2. Added WhatsApp and Telegram icons using MessageCircle for WhatsApp, styled for a clean, consistent look.
3. Updated the layout of the footer for a more spacious design, ensuring elements are not congested.
