Art Generator S - v0.5 beta

Beta release! GUI should be reasonably solid, with localized output. Ability to edit size of image and whether or not it opens (no filename and path yet, sorry!). Should be a fairly standalone package now. Thus, we enter beta!

This creates an image in "./out/images/v0.5/WIDTHxHEIGHT/v0.5-WIDTHxHEIGHT_COUNT.png" where WIDTH is the image width, HEIGHT is the image height and COUNT is the smallest number where the file does not yet exist prior to creation (starts at 1)

This was tested on Linux Mint 18.1, and minimally at that. Not guaranteed to work on Windows or macOS.

Art Generator S - v0.3 alpha

Generates 1080p images with default wavey settings

Art Generator S - v0.1 alpha

Creates an image titled "alpha-large.png" in the ./data/ directory.
Its size is 1600 x 800 always.
