  • Introduces the Results class and make Result a subclass of it in backwards compatible way
  • Defines the State and Operator ABCs
  • Updates BackendConfig and defines EmulationConfig
  • Defines the EmulatorBackend ABC
  • Defines the Callback and Observable ABCs
  • Defines the default observables
