Adding Aleph Zero network

PR to add Aleph Zero network to the registry.

@bkchr Thanks for the swift response. We are actually a live network, we are just using the default setting for our addresses on the mainnet.

@Kocik then please choose a different prefix as 42. 42 is reserved for test networks.

Alright, we'll investigate if we can change this on the live network without significant consequences.
Do you maybe know another project that had done that in the past? Maybe we could learn from their experience.

You can change the prefix in your runtime. The runtime doesn't really use this. Addresses from the "outside" are also just the raw public keys, without the prefix. The prefix is mainly for wallets to ensure that you don't send funds on the wrong network.
