While I am not opposed to updating dependencies, I will note that installing Terminus inside of the same Composer project as Drupal and/or Drush is strongly discouraged. It is also strongly discouraged to run Terminus from a Pantheon site, for security reasons, but if you must do this, please use the .phar, or install in a subdirectory (ideally outside the web root) with its own vendor. |

This is for #2510.
I haven't tested it yet, but it updates the two items that block installation alongside Drush 12.
