How to prepare a release:

Update the version and changelog in the spec file:

- change project_version and changelog in the spec
- run
      mvn versions:set -DnewVersion=<new version>

run:
  git archive --format=tgz HEAD >ovirt-optimizer-{version}.tar.gz
