packagegroup-multimedia: Drop gstreamer-vaapi-1.0[Temporary fix]

Latest gstreamer-vaapi[1.8.2] is hard dependency on gstreamer-codecs which is part of bad plugins. As a temporary fix, droping the dependency which should be revisited. Signed-off-by: Amarnath Valluri <[email protected]>
