I apologize for the late feedback but I think it would be worth adding something along the following line:

  • Responsible for keeping the WG on track with regard to its mission and negotiating with the TAC any desired changes.

I'm purposely staying away from referring to the charter for now given that it's unclear where we will end on that front.
