Resolves #498
By default, AMAP data (from an ICES extraction) are now only matched to stations in the AMAP area. This is specified in
control_defaultand is used inadd_stations. The default behaviour can always be changed using thecontrolargument ofread_data.Have also taken the opportunity to tidy up the documentation for
add_stations. In fact, this was where I started, because I found some typos, and when I got going, I realised that I couldn't work out what was going on!
