OSVUploadr v0.2.9995 [Pre-0.3]

This is mostly stable if your files are clean. It will upload from action cameras(only) but you must split different sequences into different folders. Should be self executing(just double click the jar file). If not execute via java -jar OSVUploadr.jar

-New way OSC deals with authentication tokens (Provides you one) YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED TO DELETE access_token.txt
-Fix API to automatically get token from OSM
