Right now filenames for Orcasound look like
%Y-%m-%dT%H-%M-%S, so only up to seconds resolution. This is bad because some files are super small (see here) hence different files would get the same name -> ffmpeg tries to overwrite the existing file and fails. Quick fix is just to increase the time resolution in filenames (add milliseconds).
