Issue with `cbindgen` on MacOS

Version: Ventura Rust: stable

If: error: the option Z is only accepted on the nightly compiler

Add RUSTC_BOOTSTRAP=1 to ./build_for_c.sh. For example: RUSTC_BOOTSTRAP=1 ./build_for_c.sh crypto-cryptocell310.
