Legislators' websites tend to disappear, but the site will try to poll their feed forever and ever.
Now that the API is actually returning data here, it's being dumped directly into this defunct graph. Disable it for now.
This method is only used within the API, and the API still uses mysqli.
We're not using them anymore, but also they don't belong in this repo (they should be in rs-machine).
Wow, so that's a grim bug.
It's not used in this container.
