Service points sync progress shows 100+ %

Describe the bug
When syncing data using the manual sync, sync progress shows more than 100%.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Log onto the EUSM app.
2. Allow initil sync to complete.
3. Select a region or 2 and trigger sync.
4. Observe the status bar.
5. Alternatively, trigger manual sync if you had previously downloaded data on the app.
   

Expected behavior

• At any given time, sync progress should be less than 100% until sync is completed in which case it gets to 100%.

Fix for this to make sure the max value it can show is 100%
