I am not able to download latest plugin.

Hi @ganesh-gupta-clapself. Thanks for your interest. I updated the docs before cutting the release. :(

There is a release candidate available: https://github.com/opensearch-project/opensearch-learning-to-rank-base/releases/download/release-test-release-new/ltr-plugin-v2.11.1-RC1.zip if you would like to take a look.

Will fix this sometime this week.
