There are multiple downstream plugins depending on this version bump so they can bump their own versions. While this particular bump is not as time-critical as the minor version bumps tied to release, once the 30-day timeout on GHA reruns times out it takes a lot more time to re-generate passing tests than a simple mouse click.

Updating this version is a checklist item on #626 which does not appear to have been tracked.

Can we please try to action common-utils version bumps more quickly? The delay in these version bumps is causing multiple downstream issues on your dependencies including:

• late identification of breaking changes during the release cycle
• broken workflows which depend on at least one commit in between releases, which for KTLO dependencies, the version bump is often that commit
