Remove duplicate methods from RemoteStoreBaseIntegTestCase

Description

• As part of [Remote Store] Add support for Running Parameterized Remote Store Enabled Integration Tests #12487 we copied remote store node attribute setup from RemoteStoreBaseIntegTestCase to OpenSearchIntegTestCase but did not clean-up the methods from original class.
• Removing these duplicate methods in this PR.
