Convert ingest processor supports ip type

Description

This PR is to add support for the ip type in convert ingest processor, the main use case is to check whether the specified field is a valid ipv4/ipv6 string or not, if it is, populate other filed which has ip data type, if not, throws error or exit quietly when ignore_failure is true.
