Refactor the workspace detail page.

Tab change/ navigate away modal
We allow user to switch tabs when edit mode is enabled, but switching tab or navigating away will show a modal to prompt user to confirm cancellation of changes. Do not show this modal unless a change is made to the form.
Allow user to delete workspace with owner permission
Add edit mode for workspace detail
Add workspace detail panel
We allow user to see the workspace details:
