Changes:

Extend db config by adding HomePage.enableCustomDashboard. It allows to access the home.HomePage.customDashboard contribution point. In result, rendering a custom dashboard is possible.
Add home.HomePage.customDashboard contribution point. It allows to render a custom dashboard.
Update readme.
