🔖(chore) bump release to 0.10.0

Changed

- Move static files to a custom nginx image
- Refactor Docker Compose project to run both the development and
  production images

Fixed

- Fix svg images in static files by adding alias to the CloudFront
  distribution on the same domain as the app
