I have reviewed these changes, and they look good to me.

The breaking changes in edx-drf-extensions are described in the CHANGELOG. The breaking changes only apply if the ENABLE_FORGIVING_JWT_COOKIES Django setting is enabled, which it is not in this repository.

The breaking changes in platformdirs also do not apply.
