Add macro for RCC_CFGR.PLLMUL[4]
Add support of RCC_CFGR.PLLMUL[4] and the special case when PLLMUL = 0b01111.
Change data type to support SD cards larger than 4GB
Change capacity calculation, making result in `bytes` unit.
