Metabase: Ingest orphan charts inside a dashbaord named Default

Describe your changes:

Added functionality to create a default dashboard if we have any orphan charts left and ingest them

Fixes #6799

  • Added charts_dict to store all charts and populate it during prepare
  • We create a dashboard named "default" if we have orphan charts left

  • To ingest orphan charts
