This PR upgrade OpenAPI generator to last version, in three different steps:
Each steps include patching of templates with changes from the mainstream. On top of that, generate script has been improved to display the template(s) to upgrade in a better way. OneOf template of java generator has been fixed since it was missing an update from mainstream.
