Windows & Mac based release of NDI Controller.

Update - Prebuild .dmg for Mac has issues, and only windows is currently supported as prebuild, but if you build it locally on a mac everything should be fine. We're working on a solution.

Features:

REST API load a preset/salvo
REST API state includes sourcelist

Fixes:

Ember protocol - toggled between current source and first source when connecting to the same crosspoint twice.
NewTek NDI Copyright notice and link in MTX setup

How To:

On Windows: Download and run "ndi-controller Setup.exe"
On Mac: Download and run "ndi-controller-1.1.0.dmg"
