introduce just a test suite for all classes. did not change any class in lib.

change details

  • add how to test this gem to README.md.
  • add tester class and test_helper in dir "test".
  • add data files for test in dir "test/fixtures"
  • add gem minitest to faker-okinawa.gemspec.
  • changed default rake task to :test from :spec.
