1. Install Bookshelf
2. Use the url of this repository to download the manual directly into the bookshelf plugin

This is also available as an Umbraco Package (https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/v7-editors-manual-bookshelf-edition/)

This documentation is current through 7.1 and needs some updating to address new features such as the Grid editor.
