Alpha v0.1.0

Description

This first alpha release of the metadata-refiner provides refinements for CBS, dataverseNL and sicada. This service is meant to refine the metadata provided by specific data providers for ingestion into a Dataverse. The input and output of the endpoints are JSON structured according to Dataverse standards.
