This pull request fixes a missing --- opening tag in data/hackathon/scenario6.mdx which was preventing the site from building and deploying.

This pull request also:

  • Adds a new build.yml GitHub actions pipeline to ensure each individual pr gets validated before merge to prevent broken deploys in future.
  • Adds a lint configuration and addresses lint errors.
  • Adds a dependabot config to automatically bump our github actions tasks.
