Raw Text support

Added raw text support. Raw text can be set in the configuration file which is not subject to any processing and is included verbatim in the SPF TXT field. This is useful when include directives must be supplied but not resolved. Specifically, Microsoft raises warnings when an office365 domain doesn't include their predefined spf domain name in the SPF TXT record.
