Upstream sync and MacOS installer

• Rebase the relevant Nordhealth patches on the current upstream master branch.
• Implement a MacOS installer.
  • Test build for x86_64 (Intel) systems attached as installer-mac-x64-20220801-1049.zip.
  • Test build for arm64 (Apple Silicon) systems attached as installer-mac-aarch64-20220801-1040.zip.

Patch Log4Shell security vulnerability

This release upgrades the logging dependency Log4j in order to patch the "Log4Shell" security vulnerability. The following advisories have been accounted for.

Original vulnerability advisory: CVE-2021-44228
Incomplete fix advisory: CVE-2021-45046

Tweak default settings and logging for PDF printing

This release slightly tweaks the default settings and logging behavior of WebApp Hardware Bridge based on Nordhealth's initial PDF printing experience.
