HTML5 Video Conversion Helpers

To use:

bundle install
brew bundle
./convert path/to/movie.mov  output-name-without-extension

This will output the following files:

output/
  index.html
  player.swf
  output-name.jpg
  output-name.webm
  output-name.mp4
