Introduction:

This is a self care app that primarily focusses on reducing the stress levels of the user. This app identifies the mood of the user and suggests relative measures in the form of music, videos, books and hobbies to calm down the user and also prompts the trusted contacts in times of distress. This app shall be beneficial for people with depression, anxiety and panic attacks since it also offers access to registered medical professionals when user needs one.

Table of Contents:

The main features of the app are:

1. Identify the mood of the user by clicking his/her image during phone unlock and identifying the current mood through ML. According to a 2018 report, Gen Z smartphone users in USA unlock their devices on average 79 times daily!!
2. After identifying the mood, the app suggests relative music, videos, books and activities that can make the user happy and boost his mood.
3. If the user is excessively upset, the app provides a feature to notify the friends and relatives who can lend a hand of support in times of utter distress.
4. Also this app allows the other users to keep a check on their friend’s mental health by sharing the data.
5. A graphical analysis of the overall mental health of the user is prepared by which the user can keep a check on the same.
6. The user can check for symptoms of serious health issues through a tabulated data from which the possible problem can be predicted and the user can reach for professional medical help.
