After my test. But it seems that there is a problem with the compilation of the windows(https://github.com/newton-blockchain/ton/runs/4844798575?check_suite_focus=true) system and the ubuntu(https://github.com/newton-blockchain/ton/runs/4844798577?check_suite_focus=true) system. |

The link to the Windows build is very old. Inside the workflow, msbuild does not use -p:PlatformToolset option. Please try to compile it with the latest git action workflows. |
