Halloween: new Admeme mob - The Goblinbane

Adds a new admeme mob/boss (Goblinbane) and it's minions (possessed mop bucket, possessed space cleaner spray, possessed mop). It is an antag ghost role tasked with hunting down goblins, felinids and chaplains.

The Goblinbane (as NPC)

As NPC, possessed toiled is hellbent on destroying goblinkind. And felinids. And folks in chaplain clothes. Friendly towards people in janitor clothes though. As a boss has 3 stages:

1. Flying melee mob, injects tiny amount of Bleach with every attack. Once killed, transforms into next stage.
2. Ghost form. Becomes incorporeal, starts spawning portals to mop bucket dimension that spews possessed mop buckets. Once killed, transforms into next stage.
3. Cleaning tools. Fractures in possessed space cleaner spray (2-3 units) and possessed advanced mop (1-2 units).

Additionally, every toilet on expeditions, Grifty's and McHobo has 5% chance of becoming The Goblinbane.

The Goblinbane (as ghost role)

Player-controlled Goblinbane is capable of utilizing following abilities:

• Summon portals that spawn its minions.
• Devour.
• Use radar.

If corporeal Goblinbane is destroyed, ghost will be ejected, however appeared ghost form will be open for takeover.

Role rules:

You are a Solo Antagonist capable of summoning minions. Do note, your minions will be hostile to everyone, except you. Search and destroy goblins/felinids/chaplains. Please note that all server rules still apply. Additionally:

• Reminder that Frontier Outpost (the station and 200m area around it) is a safe zone.
• DO NOT attack players on the Outpost.
• DO NOT use your abilities on the Outpost.
• DO NOT intentionally damage Frontier Outpost, other POIs, shuttles.
• DO NOT devour walls and airlocks on Frontier Outpost, other POIs, shuttles.

Minions

• Possessed mop bucket: flying melee mob, injects tiny amount of soap reagent with every attack. Once killed drops mop bucket and bar of soap.
• Possessed space cleaner spray: flying shooting mob, sprays its target with a mix of space cleaner, soap and frezium. Once killed drops space cleaner spray bottle.
• Possessed mop: flying incorporeal melee mob, injects tiny amount of mopwata with every attack. Once killed drops advanced mop.
