Add Hauler guidebook entry

About the PR

With the most recent upstream merge, the Hauler's mapped preflight instructions were removed. This PR takes the information there and moves it to the guidebook.

Preventing information loss.

How to test

Open the guidebook, go to the Hauler, give it a read.

I actually already had the Hauler's entry done locally pending approval of #2048, but since this is here I may as well discard my changes for it. Please find included the sprite I did for it, perhaps you can fit that in this PR instead.
