Give CTDs more informative names: e.g. Han2022 --> NonHumanPrimateCellAtlas

Includes new CTDs developed as part of the model_celltype_conservation project. Also, all CTDs have been standardised with EWCE::standardise_ctd, converting to human 1:1 orthologs, and saved as .rds files. All matrices have been converted to sparse format to minimise file size.
