Summary of changes:

Changed the base class for formatter to TextOutputFormatter/TextInputFormatter
Moved the serialization logic to WriteResponseBodyAsync/ReadRequestBodyAsync
Changed input formatter to use async method
Added unit tests.


          Implemented improvements mentioned in neuecc#97
