Formålet her er å legge til et enkelt skjelett for bedre tester fremover. Koden i PR må nok ryddes litt, men greit å ta en avsjekk før jeg fortsetter. Denne er avhengig av navikt/fplos#2142
Denne PR legger til en metode for å bygge og hente køer, men jeg har ikke laget test som bruker dette. Pga persistens mellom testkjøring, lokalt i alle fall, er vi ikke pt garantert å få de riktige oppgavene fremst i køen ved neste kjøring. For pipeline kan man eventuelt ha én køtest for å garantere at man ikke blander oppgaver.
I tillegg før merging må man vurdere om pipeline er klar for enda en app og ev få los inn i konfig.
