Pandoc replaced `--atx-headers` with `--markdown-headings=atx`.

Pandoc replaced
--atx-headerswith--markdown-headings=atxin 2.11.2 (2020-11-19). Latest release of Pandoc is 3.1.5 (2023-07-07) and--atx-headersis not supported any more!returns

--atx-headersand--markdown-headings=atx.Note: Quarto is using bundling Pandoc 3.1.2.
