First MuMaLab Release

This is the first Release for the Slic3r PE MuMaLab Edition (Customizations)
Feel free to test it thoroughly and give us feedback (positive and negative).
IF anyone needs 32-Bit binaries please use the #3D-Printing Slack channel and let us know.

Debian package has been tested on Ubuntu 18.04.02 LTS and 19.04,
all dependencies should be included or installed automatically.

OS X Version needs at least OS X 10.9 ! :)

Despite the different numbering schemes, all versions are the same.
