POGOProtos 0.57.2, login fix and start of Gym support

Finally, after a few days without Pokemon GO for UWP, we got it working again!

• Gen 2 pokemons are now available, but not assets are present, so you might encounter some crashes
• Start of Gym support, you'll be able to choose a team

[v1.2.4-beta] Multitransfer

This version makes it possible to transfer multiple Pokémon at once.
Hold one pokémon to open the multi-select screen and tap additional ones to select them together.
At the bottom of the screen, you can choose to transfer them all.

[v1.2.3-beta] POGOProtos 0.55

A new forced update of the official client, made it necessary to update the API information.
Now it's up to date again.

[v1.2.2-beta] Hashserver support

This version supports a hashing server. A key is required for this to work.

Please be aware that there is no guarantee this release will keep functioning, especially after an update for the official Pokemon GO client by Niantic.
It could well be that you buy a hashing key and a couple of days later, a new version for the official client is forced. You then will not be able to play PoGo-UWP, effectively making the hashing key worthless until there is a fix.
